TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before engaging our photography services. By hiring us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

    **1. Services Provided**

    We offer photography and design services, including portrait sessions, behind-the-scenes coverage, branding sessions, graphic design, and retouching. Specific details of the services will be outlined in the booking agreement.

    **2. Booking and Payment**

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session or project completion. Payment can be made via invoice that is sent to your email.

    **3. Cancellation and Rescheduling**

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

    **4. Copyright and Usage Rights**

    All photographs and designs created by us are protected by copyright. The client will receive a license for personal use only. Commercial use or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

    **5. Delivery of Final Products**

    Final products will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks after the session or project completion. Digital files will be provided via Pixiset link sent to your email. Additional fees will apply for rush orders and extra photo edits.

    **6. Client Cooperation**

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback throughout the process. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

    **7. Liability**

    While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of equipment and clients during sessions, we are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during our services.

    **8. Privacy Policy**

    We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Any information collected will be used solely to provide our services.

    **9. Dispute Resolution**

    In the event of any disputes, we will strive to resolve them amicably through communication and negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration.

    **10. Governing Law**

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Atlanta, Georgia or Indianapolis, Indiana. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Atlanta, Georgia or Indianapolis, Indiana.
