Welcome to Yaakoa Stylz: Photography and Design. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By using my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and my Privacy Policy.

    2. Services Provided

    Yaakoa Stylz offers photography and design services, including but not limited to portrait photography, commercial photography, graphic design, retouch editing, and digital content creation. Specific services will be outlined in individual contracts or service agreements.

    3. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and necessary permissions for any content or materials provided to Yaakoa Stylz. Clients must ensure that they have the right to use any images, logos, or other materials provided to us for the services.

    4. Payment Terms

    All fees for services rendered will be outlined in the service agreement. A deposit is required to secure your booking; all deposits are non-refundable, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the services. Payments can be made via credit or debit card through the payment link.

    5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 3 days' notice. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date may result in the forfeiture of the deposit (deposit is non-refundable). If Yaakoa Stylz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided to the client.

    6. Intellectual Property Rights

    All images, designs, and content created by Yaakoa Stylz remain the intellectual property of Yaakoa Stylz unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use the images and designs for personal use, but commercial use requires prior written consent.

    7. Liability Disclaimer

    Yaakoa Stylz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yaakoa Stylz from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services.

    8. Model Release

    Clients grant Yaakoa Stylz the right to use their likeness in photographs and designs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio use. If you do not wish to grant this permission, please notify us in writing before the session.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

    10. Changes to Terms

    Yaakoa Stylz reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of my services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
